Q.  I want a new kitchen/bathroom look!  How do I get started?

     A.  Contact us for a free in-home consultation and we will work with you to get started to making your dream kitchen or bathroom a reality. Our design consultant will bring samples right to your home.



Q.  How long will it take from start to finish?

     A.  Every remodel is unique and is treated in just that way. We respect your time and will complete the best quality affordable job that you desire.  Approximately 1 week from start to finish depending on the size of the job.



Q.  Is there anything I need to do to prep my kitchen/bathroom before you come?

     A.  Yes, You need to have everything taken out of your cabinets and drawers before we arrive on the first day of your new remodel.



Q.  Do you have samples to show me or do I have to come up with my own?

     A.  We have a moving showroom brought right to your home.  So no worries wondering what designs or colors will work in your home.  We want this to be exactly what you've dreamed, so if you have samples/ideas of what you want we will help to make it happen.



Q.  What is Cabinet Refacing?

     A.  Cabinet Refacing can make a kitchen remodel easy and affordable.  This will change the appearance of your kitchen.  By refacing your existing cabinets with finished wood and installing beautiful new custom-made solid doors and drawer fronts, you will have a whole new look to your kitchen!  Our kitchen cabinet refacing process takes just days.  There is minimal mess.



Q.  Do I have to get new cabinets when I remodel or can I use my old ones?

     A.  We will do which ever you prefer.  We can use your existing cabinets and reface them, or if you prefer, our expert craftsmen will custom make new cabinets to fit your kitchen.  No matter what look you are going for, we have all types of wood and will match the color of your choosing.



Q.  How can I possibly afford to remodel my kitchen or bath?

     A.  There is probably no other room that is used more than your kitchen.  However, the kitchen is the one room that can add a lot of value to your home.  Any remodel job can be costly, but we have our own shop to build and finish your products.  This enables us to produce quality and affordable products that will get you the dream kitchen or bath that you have always wanted at a price you can afford.

Q.  How many color options do I have to choose from?

     A.  We offer a huge variety of color choices.



Q.  Can I get any type of wood that I want?

     A.  Yes! We have many types available to choose from. Our more popular are Maple, Oak, Hickory and Cherry.  We offer many different stains to create just the right color to match your personal preference.  We can also match a color if you have another piece of furniture in the room that you would like us to work with.  



Q.  What kind of countertops do you offer?


           Solid Surface is Corian, Living Stone, Samsung, etc...



Q.  Do I purchase the supplies before you come?

     A.  After we meet with you, we will order everything of your choosing that is needed to install the kitchen/bathroom of your dreams.  If you already have a faucet, drawer handles or knobs that you would like to use, yes, we will use them. 



Q.  What if I have to work during the install?

     A.  We understand when you have to work and when situations arise.  Our installer will work with you on a time that fits your schedule or a time that he can be there to get your job completed.




Q.  Would a consultant be available to come in the evening to talk to me?

     A.  Yes, Definitely!  We will work around your schedule to meet with you and discuss what it is you like.  We understand that most people work during the daytime.  When you call us, just let us know the time of day that works best for you and we will have no problem visiting with you in the evening.



Q.  Is refacing a sound investment?

     A.  "You bet!"  Over the years, updated baths and kitchens have always rated high in adding value to a home.  A recent survey of real estate professionals by Remodeling Magazine shows that a minor kitchen remodeling project may return 120% of its cost when the home is sold.  And in the meantime, you'll be enjoying the warmth and beauty of your new kitchen.
